NT-MDT P47 Solver Scanning Probe Microscope (SPM)
This SPM was purchased through collaboration between the Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Built Environment and Engineering. It is capable of both scan–by–sample and scan–by–probe scanning, and has facilities for numerous measuring functions in atomic force (AFM) and scanning tunnelling (STM) modes.
